the sea’s beach
the tides that brooked no reply
to the incoming of emotions
the flight of a gull’s mind
roaring away
feathered castles and moats
sea-weeded and tended with care
walking the tightrope of tomorrow
it is today everlasting
unless we decide otherwise
we will ride these tides forever
