a walk awakes
the lay of land
on the other hand
the destination of your path
through the garlic
under the trees
and sit a while
enjoy the breeze
for days like these are rare indeed
fulfilling a need we did not know
was wandering slowly just below
the opening of this early morn
this way my friend was borne
under the trees over there
around the corner where
shivery shakes blow in the breeze
when suddenly i am on my knees
look this beetle is iridescent
life is ever so pleasant
in you company today my friends
oh my friends
just look at me
pollened and so silly billy
under the widest of blue shies
life is just one long slowly sigh
