a post above oxwich bay
there is a post
high above the bay
it has a hole in it that whistles
i put my eye to it
but never in the wind
it waters just like this rain
that hides the bay
the sun never shines through it
however loud it whistles
it is a low sad note
i noticed
it didn’t
